Community Guidelines
Last updated 17 October 2026
Let's Level Up works best when players and venues can trust each other. These guidelines apply to everything you put on the service: your profile, handle, bio, check-ins, scores and venue suggestions. They are part of our Terms of Use.
Be real
- Use your own name. Nicknames are fine in your handle, as long as they follow these guidelines.
- Keep one profile per person.
- Do not pretend to be another player, a venue, a coach or a brand.
- Keep your sports and skill bands honest, so others know what to expect.
Keep profiles clean
Your name, handle and bio must not contain:
- hate speech, or attacks on anyone because of who they are;
- harassment, bullying or threats;
- sexual or violent content;
- anyone else's personal information, such as their phone number or address;
- advertising, spam or links to sell things.
Play fair
- Only check in when you are actually at the venue to play.
- Do not share or reuse venue check-in codes, or try to farm XP in any other way.
- Any scores or results you report must be real.
- When you arrange to play with others, turn up, or let them know in good time if you cannot.
Respect venues
- Only suggest venues that exist, with the right name and phone number.
- Do not post fake or misleading information about a venue.
- Follow each venue's own rules and treat its staff with respect.
Stay safe when meeting other players
- Meet at the venue, in a public place, rather than at someone's home.
- Tell a friend or family member where you are going and who you are playing with.
- Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, leave.
- If you are in danger, call 112.
How to report a profile or venue
Email support@zeicle.com with the link to the profile or venue page and a short note about what is wrong. We review every report. We may hide content, change a handle, remove a listing or suspend an account while we look into it.
When the rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may:
- ask you to fix your profile, or edit or hide the content ourselves;
- remove XP, levels, badges or ratings gained unfairly;
- suspend or close your account;
- report illegal activity to the authorities where the law requires it.
If you think we got it wrong, email support@zeicle.com or our Grievance Officer, Tarinder Singh, at tarinder.singh@zeicle.com, and we will take another look.
