What is Let's Level Up?

A directory of sports venues: courts, turfs and clubs. Search by city and sport, see courts, facilities and hours, then book with the venue. You can also keep a player profile and earn levels for playing.

Is it free?

Yes. Let's Level Up is free for players.

How do I book?

With the venue itself. Each venue page shows how it takes bookings, such as Playo, Hudle, District, KheloMore, its website, phone, WhatsApp, email or walk-in. We do not take bookings or payments, so prices, cancellations and refunds are between you and the venue or booking platform.

How do I sign in?

Enter your phone number and we will send you a one-time code by SMS or WhatsApp. If the code does not arrive, wait 30 seconds and tap resend. The same login works for Zeicle's other apps.

How do levels work?

You earn XP (experience points) for games you really played. Scan the check-in code on the screen at a venue's front desk, play, then swap game codes with someone you played with: when one of you enters the other's code (30 minutes or more after you both checked in), the game counts for both of you. Playing on your own? Ask the front desk to confirm you. Checking in alone earns nothing. Starting your profile gives you your first 20 XP, and enough XP takes you up a level.

Who can see my profile?

Public profiles can be found in search. Private profiles are left out of search but open from a direct link. Your phone number and email are never shown.

I own a venue

You can list it, or claim it if it is already here, from List your venue. Claiming verifies the venue phone with a code and gives you a Zeicle workspace to edit your listing.

Something is wrong on a venue page

Email support@zeicle.com with the link to the venue page and what needs fixing. To report a player profile, send its link the same way.
