Terms of Use

1. Accepting these terms

By using the service, or by signing in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who runs Let's Level Up

Let's Level Up is operated by Zeicle Technologies Private Limited(“Zeicle”, “we”, “us”), Plot No. 337, Industrial Area Phase 2, Chandigarh 160002, India.

3. What the service is

Let's Level Up is a directory of sports venues such as courts, turfs and clubs. You can search by city and sport, see courts, facilities and hours, and follow links to book with the venue through its own channel (for example Playo, Hudle, District, KheloMore, the venue's website, phone, WhatsApp, email or walk-in). Players can also keep a player profile and earn levels for taking part.

The service is free for players. Let's Level Up does not take bookings or payments.

4. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older. We do not offer junior accounts at this time.
• The service is built for players and venues in India first.
• The information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
• You may have only one player profile, and it must be your own.

5. Your account and one-time codes

You sign in with your phone number (or email) and a one-time code sent by SMS, WhatsApp or email. Your login is a Zeicle account and also works for Zeicle's other apps. Keep your phone and email secure and do not share your codes with anyone. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us at support@zeicle.com.

6. Your profile and content

You own what you put on your profile, such as your name, bio and sports. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and share that content on the service (for example on your public profile, in search, and on venue screens if you turn that on) for as long as it is on the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your profile, except for copies we must keep by law or that remain for a short time in backups.

Your content must be lawful, accurate and yours to share, and must follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or change a handle that breaks these terms.

7. Levels, XP and badges

You earn XP (experience points), levels and badges for taking part: for completing your profile, and for games that someone you played with, or the venue, confirms. A check-in on its own earns nothing. As matches, scores, skill ratings and reliability scores become available, they will also form part of how the service works.

• XP, levels and badges have no money value and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred.
• We may correct or remove XP, levels, badges or ratings that were awarded by mistake or gained through abuse, such as fake check-ins, confirming games that did not happen, or made-up scores. A venue can mark a check-in as “not seen”, which removes any XP it earned.
• There are limits on how many confirmed games earn XP each day and week.
• We may change how XP, levels and badges are earned as the service develops.

8. Venue listings

Venue listings are provided by the venues themselves or suggested by players. Suggested venues are marked as not yet confirmed. We try to keep listings useful, but we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate or complete, or that a venue is open, available, priced as shown, or of any particular quality. Please check with the venue before you go.

9. Bookings and payments

When you book or pay, you do so directly with the venue or with a third-party booking platform, under their terms and policies. We are not a party to that booking or payment and we are not responsible for it, including cancellations, refunds or disputes. Please raise those with the venue or platform.

10. Extra terms for venue owners

If you list or claim a venue:

• you confirm you have the authority to list or manage that venue;
• the venue details, contact phone and booking links you give must be accurate and kept up to date;
• claiming a venue verifies the venue phone with a one-time code and creates a business workspace on Zeicle, where you edit the listing; your use of that workspace is also covered by Zeicle's terms;
• we may edit, hide or remove a listing, or reverse a claim, if the information is wrong, the claim is disputed, or these terms are broken.

11. Acceptable use

You must not:

• scrape, copy or bulk-download listings or profiles, by bot or by hand;
• send spam, advertising or unwanted messages through the service;
• impersonate another person or venue, or create fake or duplicate profiles;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players or venue staff;
• fake check-ins, report false scores, or otherwise game XP, levels or ratings;
• interfere with the service, test or bypass its security, or overload it, or help anyone else do so;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

12. Links to other services

The service links to venue websites, booking platforms, WhatsApp and other third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

13. Our rights in the service

The Let's Level Up name, logo, mark, design and software belong to Zeicle. These terms do not give you any right to use them, other than to use the service as intended.

14. Disclaimers

We provide the service “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, error free or suitable for your needs. Sport carries a risk of injury. You take part in sport, and meet other players, at your own risk and judgement.

15. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Zeicle is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by venues, booking platforms or other users. Because the service is free for players, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

16. Suspension and ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your profile or account (see Delete your account). We may suspend or close an account, hide a profile or remove content if these terms are broken, to protect other users or the service, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for important changes, tell you in the service or by message. If you keep using the service after an update, the new terms apply.

18. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chandigarh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or the service.
