Delete your account

Option 1: Delete your Let's Level Up profile yourself

1. Sign in with your phone number and the one-time code.
2. Open your profile.
3. Choose “Delete my data”, then “Delete my Level Up profile”.

What is deleted

• Your player profile: handle, name, city, bio and settings.
• Your sports and skill bands.
• Your XP, levels and badges.
• Your check-in history.

This happens straight away and cannot be undone. Your public profile link stops working.

What stays

Your login (your Zeicle account) stays, so any other Zeicle apps you use keep working. If you want that gone too, use option 2.

Option 2: Delete your whole account

This removes your login and your data across all Zeicle apps, including Let's Level Up.

1. Sign in and open your profile.
2. Choose “Delete my data”, then “Delete my whole account instead”.
3. We show you anything else it would remove (for example a Zeicle workspace you belong to), then send a code to your phone to confirm it is you.
4. Enter the code. Your account is closed straight away, and your name, number and email are erased.

Can't sign in any more? Email privacy@zeicle.com with the phone number you signed in with. We will confirm it is you and delete your account within 30 days.

What we may keep

• Records the law requires us to keep, for example tax and billing records for venue owners, for the period the law requires.
• Security logs, for at least one year as the law requires, to protect the service and investigate abuse.
• A record that you gave and withdrew consent, so we can show we acted on it.
• Copies in backups, until they are overwritten in the normal cycle.

Anything we keep is used only for those purposes and is deleted when it is no longer needed.
